What is the Windows Key?

Sometimes, in a support call or an email, a member of the team may refer to the Windows key (or, alternatively, ask you to press Windows).

The Windows key is a special key on your keyboard that has a variety of functions. By default, it opens the Start menu so you can quickly access Office and other apps.
