Submitting a Ticket

So you have an IT issue, and you need it solved in a reasonable amount of time. Well, you've come to the right place.


To submit a ticket to the IT team, click New Support Ticket on the helpdesk homepage.



Fill in everything - the more information you give us, the easier it'll be for us to solve your issue quickly.


After submitting your ticket, it will be sent to the whole IT team, and whoever is available at the time will check it and respond to you. Keep an eye on your emails, as you'll get notifications through there.


Once your ticket has been resolved, check your emails for a survey link. Filling in this survey helps us give better support in the future.
