In rare circumstances, staff members with a work's mobile may receive the following email:
This is a legitimate email from Microsoft. What this usually means is that you've been signed out of your phone for whatever reason, and simply need to sign back in.
To fix this, open the Company Portal app on your phone. If you can't see it on your home screen, swipe up to open the App Drawer and it should appear in there.
The app will walk you through what you need to do next.
If nothing happens when you open the app, check at the top right-hand corner of the screen. There will be a flag icon, and it may have a number next to it. Tap this, and the app should tell you what you need to do.
