In Microsoft Teams, you can redirect missed calls to other users. This is useful if you're out of the office or simply if you're away from your desk.
To set this up, go to the Teams settings menu. This can be found by clicking your portrait in the top right-hand corner, then clicking Settings.
On the left of this window, go to Calls. Under 'if unanswered', click Call Group.
From here, you can add users by searching for them. If you miss a call, it will get bounced to these users in the order you add them.
