When making regular phone calls in Microsoft Teams, you may find that it cannot be recorded in the same way as a meeting.
The way around this is to hold a meeting by yourself, and then invite attendees to that meeting.
First, go to your Calendar in Teams, then Meet Now in the top-right corner. This will open a meeting just for you.
Name the meeting whatever you want, and then click Start Meeting.
When the meeting starts, you'll see the following options. Click Add Participants.
A small box will appear to the right of the meeting window. In here, you can type the name of anyone in the company, or any phone number, and they will be added to the meeting.
At this point, you can begin recording.
Before recording, please make sure all participants are aware and consent to being recorded.
Go to the three dots (peapod) menu and click Start Recording.
