You can use Microsoft Teams to control which call queues you're ticked in and out of. This will also affect your call queues in Skype for Business.
First, open Teams. This can either be found in the Start Menu, or alternatively on the web, via office.com.
From here, click the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the screen, then go to Settings.
In this window, go to Calls on the left. Along the top, you will see options for Personal, as well as any call queues you've been added to. Select one of these, then click the toggle to tick in or out.
